Update..
It's a while since I blogged-but I have been very busy. Firstly, I was in Holland attending Scrapaganaza the weekend before last, and this past weekend went to Dublin.
Scrapaganza was enjoyable-a great hotel and interesting classes. My favourite classes were by Karen Burniston:
and Cheryl Mezzetti:

I also enjoyed the class by Lida de Witt-a flip, flop flag accordian book-I have no pictures of this!
Emily and I had a great time this past weekend in Dublin. We had a great time seeing the sights-Trinity College, St Stephens Green, Temple Bar, the Liffey...

and we enjoyed shopping-loved the markets and specialty shops...look at all this colour...

Prompt #7 is up at The CrEative tyPe- why not challenge yourself.

I've been busy
I've been working on some DT stuff for Scrapbook Sisters, but can't show it yet.
The Scrapbook Magazine is out and I see my article is in. I must go out tomorrow to get a copy.
I'm going to Scrapaganza in Holland on the weekend, and need to get organised for that.
I'm trying to teach my son to drive-scary!!
I made it through to the final round of Top Designer at Badgirls-so I was very happy about that.
So I'll leave you with my altered project that I submitted for the last round.
I just took some funky foam and chipboard, glued it together. Foam core or a cork tile would be better, but I didn't have any:

Added some papers:
And some napkins and ribbon, and made a holder for Emily's jewelry:

Another Glorious Autumn Day
We went walking on Sunday in the Scottish Borders It was a perfect day-cold, crisp and sunny. We set off early and there was a gorgeous mist over the glens, but after the sun shone the mist burnt off. It was still-here was not a breath of wind and that meant the reflections in the loch were perfect. At the loch there was a fishermen's hut with a great deck and wooden seat-the perfect place for a picnic-and best of all, there was no-one else there. And the colours were stunning.

And that house in the bottom right? It's my dream house, overlooking the most gorgeous glen.
