This is my second Paper Artsy post for February. As you can see it's quite a clean layout of my sweet great neice Charlotte enjoying bubble play. All the bubbles are painted, stamped or stencilled using Paper Artsy products. For a step by step, and materials list head on over to the PaperArtsy blog.

This week I have some projects over at the PaperArtsy blog. My first project is a pocket scrapbook page. Pocket scrapping is very popular just now, as it can be so easy and quick. But who needs quick and easy when you have paints and inks and stamps? If you head on over to the PaperArtsy blog there is a step by step showing how I made the different elements for the pockets.
Have you made your own pocket page elements? I'd love to see them so why not leave a comment with a link so I can take a peek.

Last year I was lucky enough to go to one of Finnabair's fabulous worshops, where we did the covers of a mini album. It has sat amongst my unfinished projects for some time until I has the idea to fill it with photos of my daughter, from baby through to being 21, which was last week. I have to say, that this album took ages to make, as there is a lot of drying time involved. Unfortunately some of the earlier photos are not very high quality, being scans of my predigital snapshots.
I'm pleased to say that Emily loved the album!!

The February Challenge at over at the Merly Impressions blog, is to put your stamps to use on your layouts. As usual, there is a £25 voucher to spend at the Merly Impressions shop if your layout is chosen, so why not get your stamps out and play along. Here is the layout I did for the challenge:
I used stamps from the Art of Life collection by Kaisercrafts as well as Kaisercrafts Film Edge stamp set. That set is seriously cool, don't you think?
You can see how Ail Parris used stamps here.
And a step by step by Emmy here.
Hopefully that will have whetted your appetite to get your stamps out and play along.

This is my third mixed media layout I did for my Guest Designer spot over at PaperArtsy. I really love the background of this page-it's so soft and subtle with lots of little glimpses of under layers peeping through. To see how this layout was made step by step, head on over to the PaperArtsy blog.

Today I'm showing the second layout I made as part of my guest designer stint at PaperArtsy. This layout features a Stencil Girls Stencil, Grunge Paste and more of those gorgeous chalky Fresco Paints.
Here's a close up showing the dimension in this layout:
