Paper Artsy

I recently did a project for Paper Artsy. Paper Artsy is a manufacturer and retailer of stamps, paints and other bits and bobs. The great thing about Paper Artsy is they believe in providing lots of inspiration and education for their customers via the blog. Each week there are themes and tutorials to follow, and this makes it one of the most inspirational blogs around for mixed media and stamping.

My project was a mini album and my technique was a peeled paint effect.

Here's the cover:

The stamps are by Emma Godfrey for Paper Artsy. These a great versatile stamps, especially if you love art journalling or pocket scrapbooking.

Here's a close up of the peeled paint effect using Paper Artsy Fresco paints

I LOVE that effect, don't you? If you want to know how to do it the instructions are on the Paper Artsy blog here.

Thanks for looking!
